- Item must be in original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order confirmation screenshot).
- Reason for return with supporting images/videos if the item is defective or damaged.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we will process your refund within 7 days.
Note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide a replacement or refund.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only for defective, incorrect, or damaged wall art. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- We cover return shipping costs for defective products.
- Customers must pay return shipping for non-defective products.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable for wrong product orders.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
