3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 72 hours), we will process your refund within 7 days.

Note: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to be credited to your account.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective, incorrect, or damaged wall art. Contact us to arrange an exchange.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping costs for defective products.
  • Customers must pay return shipping for non-defective products.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable for wrong product orders.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
